Human Resources Manager

 Burnett Dairy Cooperative, a large farmer owned cooperative in Grantsburg, WI, which operates a ready-to-eat, dairy cheese production division along with an agriculture marketing and supply division is seeking a Human Resources Manager.

 This individual reports to the CEO and will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.  This individual will provide HR leadership and support to management and employees within the organization.

 Duties include the oversight and hands on management of the organization’s staffing, performance management, safety, benefits administration and payroll. In addition to these duties, this individual will ensure appropriate legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable federal and state requirements.

 Qualifications:  A Bachelor’s degree in an applicable field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible Human Resource experience required.  Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build credibility and effective working relationships to ensure positive employee relations. Experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly desired.
