Recipe Description
All the flavors of a bacon cheeseburger are layered onto a crispy flatbread crust. Melted Smokey Bacon Cheddar Gruyere Spreadable Cheese brings rich, savory depth, while crispy bacon, seasoned ground beef, pickles, and burger sauce, finish it off with classic burger flavor in every bite. It’s quick, comforting, and totally customizable.
Ingredients
1, 7-ounce container of Wood River Creamery Smokey Bacon Cheddar Gruyere Spreadable Cheese (you'll use about 4-5 ounces)
1, 16-ounce package of ground beef (you'll use about half of it after cooking)
1 premade flatbread crust of your choice (approximately 15-ounce)
olive oil
4 slices crispy cooked bacon, broken into smaller pieces
1/4 of a medium red onion, cut into slices
dill pickle burger chips for topping
shredded lettuce for topping
burger sauce for drizzling
*Note: this is a very flexible recipe! Add more Smokey Bacon Cheddar Gruyere Spreadable Cheese, cooked ground beef, or bacon as desired.

Preparation
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it into small crumbles, until browned. Drain the fat and set aside.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (or as directed on the flatbread crust packaging).
Brush the flatbread crust with a small amount of olive oil, and pre-bake for 3-5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and smear a generous portion of Wood River Creamery Smokey Bacon Cheddar Gruyere Spreadable Cheese over the top.
Add pieces of cooked bacon and raw onion slices on top of the cheese, then top with cooked ground beef.
Add a few extra dollops of Wood River Creamery Smokey Bacon Cheddar Gruyere Spreadable Cheese on top.
Cook for an additional 5-8 minutes, until warm, and the cheese is melted, beginning to brown a little.
Top with pickle slices, shredded lettuce, and a drizzle of burger sauce.
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
