We service this channel with many different cheeses, but our focus is on Mozzarella and Provolone. Burnett Dairy has been making Mozzarella and Provolone since the 1960s and we have won several awards for our cheeses over the years. Within the Foodservice industry, Burnett Dairy uses the Fancy Brand for its cheeses.  Depend on our Fancy® brand and other foodservice product lines for the finest Pasta Filata (Mozzarella and Provolone) and American cheeses. Choose from block, shred, string, dice, loaves and whips, longhorns, delihorns and more – all carrying the Wisconsin Master’s Mark® logo symbolizing the experience, technical expertise and artistry that went into making that cheese.  In addition to our brand, we also make several private label brands.
