Experience pure cheesy bliss with our ultimate 3-cheese grilled cheese, featuring a tantalizing blend of cheddar, gouda, and monterey jack cheese that will leave your taste buds begging for more.


8 slices firm white bread

4 ounces Wood River Creamery Northwoods Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)

4 ounces Cady Creek Farms Gouda cheese, shredded (1 cup)

4 ounces Burnett Dairy® Hot Pepper Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (1 cup)

4 tablespoons butter, softened


  1. Top four slices of bread with the cheddar, gouda and pepper jack.
  2. Top with remaining bread.
  3. Spread butter on the outside of sandwiches.
  4. Toast one sandwich, covered, in a large skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes or until the side is golden brown.
  5. Flip sandwich; cook, uncovered, 2-4 minutes longer or until bread is light golden brown and cheeses are melted.
  6. Repeat step with remaining sandwiches.
