Cady Creek Farms Rosemary Gouda
Our mild Gouda with the great addition of aromatic Rosemary. This cheese has won multiple awards due to its terrific combination of herbs and our rich, buttery Gouda.
Rosemary. One of the most wine-friendly of herbs is great with southern French reds, with cabernet sauvignon but above all with Italian reds such as Chianti and other sangioveses. We also advise to partner rosemary with a fairly assertive beer like an IPA.

The terrific combination of rosemary and our rich, buttery Gouda really makes this cheese burst with flavor. It is great on sandwiches but also makes any herby recipe come to life. It is perfect in our Spring Pea Risotto recipe but could be used in any recipe calling for aromatic herb flavor.
